Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist.

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing purchasing and stocking activities for high-end Amazon brands.

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock replenishment.
  • Develop and implement effective reporting systems for accounting and brand management.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process enhancements and cost competitiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • Passionate about working in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated and open to learning and updating your skill set fast.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Macros, Pivot Table, VLOOKUPs, IFERROR, SUMIF) is highly desirable.
