Senior QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Manage, support, and coordinate business and QA aspects of software development activities, utilizing AI tools for enhanced requirement analysis and QA of applications.
• Lead test strategy, ensuring it aligns with the client's business objectives and incorporates AI.
• Research new tools and technologies, including AI-based tool,s and evaluate their usefulness for the team/company.
• Provide mentoring and on-the-job training for junior team members, emphasizing AI tool usage and best practices through learning activities and knowledge-sharing sessions, guiding them in both technical and client-facing skills.
• Develop, publish, and implement comprehensive AI-enhanced Test Plans, using AI-driven insights for optimal coverage.
• Inform the supervisor about what resources will be required for software testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle, leveraging AI for continuous feedback and improvement.
• Identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies, keeping client expectations in mind.
• Develop and execute AI-enhanced manual and automation test scripts for better accuracy and scalability.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities, incorporating AI.
• Participate in the client meeting.
• Participate in AI-assisted Manual/Automation QA Reviews for increased efficiency.
• Participate in QA activities (e.g., Training, Snack Chat, Interview, etc.).

Requirements:

• Manual testing – writing & execution, including bug logging and tracking.
• Ideally - Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement experience.
• Azure DevOps experience (including Test Plans module).
• Client onboarding applications exposure.
• Good peer and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work closely with Dev's team.
• Write, revise, and own QA test plans.
• Help define acceptance criteria and validate that new work meets the requirements.
• Work with Developers to resolve bugs as they are discovered.
• Ensure that the defined QA best practice should be followed.
• Proactively identify opportunities and take initiative.
