Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a key member in the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code comments, and end-user documentation.
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Work towards project plans and schedules, and track progress against them.
  • Partake in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to Dynamics 365 development.
  • Provide 2nd line technical support for development and bug fixes.
  • Experience in Center of Excellence (CoE) or Community of Practice (CoP) environments related to Power Platform/Dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and Power Platform (including Canvas Apps)
  • Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365 development, including experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales, Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Experience integrating external Marketing tools such as HubSpot and ON24.
  • Experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization when required.
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Trello.
