We are looking for a motivated and confident Umrah Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing Umrah package information, and closing sales — all while delivering exceptional service with fluent English communication. Ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for travel and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and chat (mainly in English)
  • Provide detailed information on Umrah packages, pricing, and services
  • Build rapport and trust with clients to close sales
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
  • Follow up with leads and meet daily/weekly sales targets
  • Stay updated with visa and Umrah travel regulations
  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
  • Fluent English communication – 10/10 in speaking and writing
  • Confident, professional, and polite in client conversations
  • Able to work US night shift hours
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Quick learner with a customer-first attitude
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required
