Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in the Karachi Division. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting inside sales, and developing new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and communicating effectively to drive sales. The representative will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve business development goals and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Inside sales and lead generation skills; strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the life insurance or financial services sector is a plus.
