Job Title: Business Development Representative

About the Role
  • Making outbound and inbound calls to leads using our CRM system
  • Guiding leads through the sales process and providing them with expert consultancy
  • Following up with leads to ensure conversion into paid clients
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing or tele sales, preferably in a local or international setting
  • Sales target achievers with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English, with the ability to convince people about services
  • Able to meet sales targets and maintain a high level of energy and motivation
  • Educated and computer literate, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications
  • An extrovert personality with a positive mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
