About the Role:

Glitch is looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our mobile user acquisition efforts. As a key member of our growth team, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive high-quality users to our mobile apps and games on both the Play Store and App Store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement UA strategies tailored for the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other UA channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance, user quality, retention, and ROAS to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to build high-performing ad creatives.
  • Monitor UA KPIs and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and platform changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • A/B test creatives, ad formats, and bidding strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Work closely with product and monetization teams to align acquisition with business goals.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in mobile user acquisition.
  • Proven expertise in running and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
  • Deep understanding of UA strategies for both Play Store and App Store.
  • Hands-on experience with MMPs (e.g., Adjust, Appsflyer) and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
