Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our in-house team in Lahore. The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery obstacles, and ensuring timely and high-quality product releases within a regulated FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Guide and coach development teams on Agile practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage backlogs.
  • Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution.
  • Track metrics like sprint velocity and cycle time.
  • Ensure compliance and quality in every sprint delivery.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in tech or FinTech environments.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Agile delivery tools.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Agile certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
  • FinTech or regulatory experience is a plus.
