Key Responsibilities of Scrum Master:
  • Delegate tasks appropriately, encourage collaboration, transparency, and coordinate deliverables to meet quality standards and milestones.
  • Identify and procure resources for tactical project specifications.
  • Facilitate sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings.
  • Provide burn-down and weekly reports.
  • Support and coach team members on Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement, automated testing).
  • Proficiency with Agile frameworks and tools: Scrum, Kanban, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
Additional Requirements:
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Define measurable acceptance criteria for user stories.
  • Establish a clear Definition of Done for quality assurance.
  • Coordinate and deliver outcomes meeting timelines and standards.
  • Experience in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Track progress using reports like burn-down charts and velocity metrics.
  • Secure necessary resources for project execution.
  • Familiarity with software development processes.
