iGeneox is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in user interface design and user experience strategy. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design systems and user-centered methodologies and the ability to translate ideas into functional, visually compelling interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and effective digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user-centric solutions for web, mobile, and responsive platforms
  • Develop and present mockups, wireframes, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate with project managers and developers to gather requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX outcomes
  • Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing insights
  • Ensure design consistency across all platforms and maintain brand alignment
  • Participate in design reviews and user research sessions to validate design decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and prototyping tools
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices
  • Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics
