Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand-building initiatives and drive project visibility. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with a flair for innovation and has a strong understanding of the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

·Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand image and support project success.

·Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, understand consumer behavior, and identify untapped opportunities.

·Lead advertising efforts, ensuring content development, media planning, and campaign execution are aligned with brand goals.

·Build and maintain a digital presence through impactful social media strategies.

·Make a Social Media & Digital content calendar for all platforms.

·Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

·Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient outcomes.

·Keep a close eye on market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

·Plan and execute brand engagement events and sponsorships to increase visibility and customer interaction.

Requirement:

·Proven expertise in marketing strategy development and execution.

·Hands-on experience with SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

·Familiarity with PPC, email marketing tools, and social media ad platforms.

·Skilled in building and managing editorial calendars and digital content timelines.

Qualification

·Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Marketing or communication

Experience:

·Minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing role.

·Real estate industry experience is highly preferred and considered an advantage.
