Ibex is seeking a Software Engineer – QA responsible for creating detailed test plans and cases, recording progress and results. The candidate will collaborate with the PMO and Development teams to understand requirements and software architecture.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain functional and non-functional test cases based on requirements, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
  • Understand SDLC; experience with Agile is a plus.
  • Analyze QA test automation frameworks (C#, Selenium, JavaScript) and create new test cases with proper data.
  • Execute test cases across web and mobile platforms, reporting bugs via tracking systems.
  • Innovate and optimize testing processes.
  • Apply Acceptance Testing and QA principles throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Research new testing tools and strategies.
  • Perform various testing levels, including System, Integration, and Regression testing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science.
  • 2-4 years of SQA experience.
  • Strong SQL skills with MSSQL and MYSQL.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks (C#, Selenium, JavaScript).
  • Ability to learn new technologies and participate in QA improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in test result analysis and reporting.
