Position: Business Development Executive (On-site)
Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM Pakistan Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities in the USA and Canadian markets. (Must be familiar with Lead Generation Techniques like Web & Social Media Scraping)
- Outbound: Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach to drive sales and expand client networks.
- Strategy & Implementation: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to design and implement growth strategies aligned with Quixas Technology's goals to drive client acquisition.
- Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, fostering sustained business and long-term growth.
- Brand Awareness: Strategically enhance Quixas Technology's brand presence across digital platforms.
- KPIs: Meet and exceed sales targets based on set KPIs, demonstrating initiative and expertise.
- R&D: Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and expansion areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to align efforts, share insights, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports tracking sales metrics, opportunities, and growth indicators.
- Client Experience: Address client inquiries, concerns, and requirements proactively to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related fields within the IT industry.
- Proven ability to craft and execute sales strategies independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Knowledge of software development and digital business growth strategies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
