Job Responsibilities:

  • Create exciting and engaging content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others. Your goal will be to tell stories that connect with our audience and keep them interested in our brand.
  • Plan and manage content strategies that align with our brand's personality and goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure all content looks great, feels cohesive, and delivers results.
  • Use AI tools to edit videos, and structure content that grabs attention quickly.
  • Stay on top of trends and cultural moments to create timely and relevant content that stands out.
  • Optimize content for algorithms and track performance to improve engagement and reach over time.
  • Analyze data and user feedback to refine your work and make sure it's as effective as possible.
  • Conduct research to understand our audience better and find new opportunities to grow our brand.
  • Develop and execute organic marketing campaigns across different channels, including social media, email, and traditional media.

Requirements:

  • 16 years of education.
  • A passion for storytelling and creating content that inspires and engages people.
  • Experience in writing, social media management, or content creation.
  • The ability to adapt your tone and style to fit different platforms and audiences while staying true to our brand voice.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, even when working remotely.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, video editing software, or AI tools is a big plus.
  • A curious mind that loves spotting trends early and turning them into creative opportunities.
  • Good analytical skills to understand performance metrics and use them to improve your work.
