  5. Community Engagement: Actively engage with the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and in a professional manner.
  6. Platform Management: Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  7. Paid Advertising: Run and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creative development.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns and content, and provide regular reports and insights to improve strategy.
  9. Trend and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  10. Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with relevant social media influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  11. Crisis Management: Prepare and execute crisis communication plans for handling negative feedback or social media crises effectively.
  12. SEO Integration: Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) techniques into social media content to improve discoverability.
  13. Brand Consistency: Ensure that the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity are consistent across all social media channels.
  14. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, public relations, customer support, and other departments to align social media efforts with broader business initiatives.
  15. Legal and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including privacy and data protection laws, when handling user data and content.
  16. Emerging Platforms: Explore and evaluate the potential of emerging social media platforms and technologies for business growth.

Job Specification

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. Having relevant academic qualifications can be an advantage.

Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Understanding the nuances of each platform.

Ability to use your initiative and reasoning skills.
