Job Description
  • Minimum 20 years' of relevant experience in procurement management role at senior level.
  • Ability to undertake large-scale, diversified and technology oriented procurement assignments.
  • Well conversant with PPRA Rules and effective application in practice.
  • Proven experience of contract drafting, negotiation and vendor management, especially in Government and Semi-Government Departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends and regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with technology related procurement.
  • Knowledge of World Bank and international organizations procurement guidelines.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Educational Background

  • 16 years education in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent from HEC Recognized University.

Job Location: Islamabad.

Terms & Conditions

  • Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
  • Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
  • Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  • 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
  • Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible.
  • Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview. In case of foreign degree, equivalency from HEC will also be submitted.
