Job Description
  1. Minimum 20 years' relevant experience in procurement management at a senior level.
  2. Ability to undertake large-scale, diversified, and technology-oriented procurement assignments.
  3. Well-versed with PPRA Rules and their effective application in practice.
  4. Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management, especially in Government and Semi-Government Departments.
  5. In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
  6. Familiarity with technology-related procurement.
  7. Knowledge of World Bank and international organization procurement guidelines.
  8. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  9. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Educational Background

  • 16 years of education in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

Job Location: Islamabad.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Initial contract period of 5 years, extendable if required.
  2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without reason.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  4. False information will lead to disqualification.
  5. Age relaxation of 5 years is included in the age limit.
  6. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  7. Government/Semi-Government employees must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  8. No TA/DA will be provided.
  9. Attested degrees from HEC must be provided at the interview; foreign degrees require HEC equivalency.
  10. Encouragement for females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled candidates to apply.
