Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer & Animator with strong experience in animation and visual storytelling. This is a hands-on creative role focused on delivering high-quality animations (such as Lottie) and managing a small team of junior designers working on our educational platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the visual design and animation direction for our educational products
Create engaging, high-quality animations and visual assets for web and mobile platforms
Guide and mentor junior designers to maintain visual consistency and creative excellence
Ensure all design output meets brand standards and educational objectives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on creative goals and requirements
Requirements:

Proven experience in animation, motion design, or visual storytelling (no fixed year requirement)
Strong portfolio showcasing animations, illustrations, and UI/UX visuals
Proficiency with animation tools such as Lottie, After Effects, or similar platforms
Excellent eye for design, detail, and animation timing
Strong leadership and communication skills
Note: This role does not require experience in Figma, marketing, or social media design. Our focus is purely on animation and visual content creation for educational platforms.

Hourly Rate: $3.5 – $4.5

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs1,000.00 - Rs1,200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Multan Gpo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience in animtions: 3 years (Preferred)
Language: English (Preferred)
Location: Multan Gpo (Preferred)
