We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create visually compelling content across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to deliver high-quality designs that elevate our brand and meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design creative visual assets for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and packaging.

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute compelling campaigns that align with the brand's identity and messaging.

Create engaging and consistent graphics for use across various digital platforms, including social media, web, email, and display ads.

Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives and new design concepts.

Work with printers, developers, and other external vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes for all design projects.

Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to ensure the application of modern techniques and innovative ideas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print media.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics or animation.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design and web design principles.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing practices.

Job Specification

Graphic Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or CorelDRAW.

Typography: Strong understanding of font choices, kerning, tracking, and leading to create visually appealing text.

Layout and Composition: Ability to organize content effectively, ensuring balance, readability, and hierarchy in design.

Color Theory: Knowledge of color relationships, schemes, and usage in design to evoke specific emotions and convey messages.

Print Design: Understanding of printing processes, file preparation, and resolution requirements for various print formats (e.g., brochures, packaging, posters).

Digital Design: Experience with designing for web and mobile interfaces, including knowledge of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and asset preparation for digital platforms.

Photo Editing: Skilled in retouching, color correction, and manipulation of images to fit design needs.

Vector Illustration: Ability to create scalable vector illustrations for logos, icons, and infographics.
