PharmaGuide Systems is looking for a Skilled Professional, Hard-Working, Energetic & Experienced individual to join our team as a 'Marketing/Sales Representative'.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Identify product development ideas and structure them for subsequent development and execution.
  2. Forecast and analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance.
  3. Prepare and present reports.
  4. Make recommendations based on analysis.
  5. Visit big cities of the country for marketing purposes.
  6. Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness, sales, and profits.
  7. Plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs.
  8. Track market and company sales performance.
  9. Work closely with marketing teams to create programs.
  10. Attend trade shows and events to market products.

Schedule: 10 am to 5 pm, 5 days a week.

To be considered for this position, the aspiring candidate must be able to work under pressure and on strict deadlines while maintaining a strong analytical & no-bias approach to resolving issues.

SKILLS:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  3. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  4. Prioritizing, time management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  6. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  7. Staying updated via research on the new learnings and developments in marketing strategy.
