Responsibilities
  1. Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables.
  2. Braising and grilling meat and vegetables.
  3. Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.
  4. Preparing meals in accordance with customers' preferences, if applicable.
  5. Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner.
  6. Liaising with waitstaff once orders are finalized.
  7. Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.
  8. Informing the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
  9. Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies.
Job Specification
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Prior experience as a cook, preferably with a focus on grilling.
  3. Desire for continuous learning and professional development.
  4. Capacity to stand for long hours.
  5. Thorough knowledge of food safety guidelines.
  6. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  7. Level-headed with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  8. Commitment to the production of high-quality outputs and excellent customer service.
  9. Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required.
