Job Description:

We are looking for a team of professionals to fill the following roles:

  • IT Specialist: Manage and support our company's IT infrastructure, including system maintenance, software troubleshooting, network support, and data security. Collaborate with teams to provide technical assistance and implement improvements.
  • Email Marketing Specialist: Design, test, and optimize email campaigns to enhance engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Sales Representative: Drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, outreach, presentations, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
  • Configure computers, printers, and IT equipment
  • Monitor system performance and security
  • Support user issues remotely or on-site
  • Manage backups and disaster recovery
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in relevant support or sales roles
  • Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and cybersecurity basics
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
