As we expand our operations, we're looking for a IT Sales Representative who can build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our solutions can help their businesses grow.

Role Overview

As a IT Sales Representative at STALLYONS TECHNOLOGIES, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for presenting our services, handling inquiries, building trust, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to understand client requirements and propose the right solutions. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by communicating directly with clients and converting leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Present STALLYONS TECHNOLOGIES' services (web development, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, UI/UX design) in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations customized to client requirements.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Business Development Executive, or a similar client-facing role in the IT/software industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to convey technical solutions in simple, client-friendly language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of IT services such as web/app development, cloud solutions, and UI/UX design is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Work Schedule

  • Evening Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM (Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays).

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
