Better Devices is the Product-First Embedded Systems studio based in Berlin. We transform innovative product visions into effective and scalable embedded systems.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Technical Sales Manager to join our Islamabad office. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will work on the front lines of outreach, employing innovative engagement strategies to connect with potential clients and foster long-term partnerships. As a founding member of our sales team in Islamabad, you will also have the opportunity to build and lead the team, shaping the company's future in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches to effectively communicate the value of our embedded systems solutions to diverse client segments.
- Utilize multiple outreach channels—email campaigns, phone calls, social media, video conferencing, and in-person meetings—to engage with prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor and product expert, addressing client inquiries by simplifying and clearly explaining technical concepts.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs.
Market Development
- Identify, research, and prioritize new business opportunities through various sources, including industry events, online research, referrals, and partnerships.
- Use market insights to identify trends, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities, adjusting outreach strategies and offerings accordingly.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate documentation of outreach efforts, pipeline status, and deal progress.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends.

Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a senior sales role at a leading technology company with hands-on B2B experience, preferably within embedded systems or related fields.
- Solid understanding of the technical specifications, features, and applications of products in industries like IoT, automotive, and industrial automation.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and building long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics to manage and optimize sales performance.
- Experience in building and leading sales teams is a strong plus.
