Overview of the role:We're looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Strategist to join our Partnerships enablement team and build, execute, and optimize our lead acquisition ecosystem across multiple regions and industries. This role will report to the Hub-Lead Partnerships.
What you will be expected to perform:- Design and implement a scalable lead generation system across global markets.
- Launch multi-channel campaigns leveraging SEO, LinkedIn, and AI-based prospecting.
- Utilize tools like HeyReach, ZoomInfo, Clay, Lemlist, or Apollo.io to streamline outreach.
- Work with Google AdWords, PPC, and LinkedIn Ads to grow the pipeline.
- Manage leads within Salesforce or other relevant CRM, ensuring automation and tracking.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Lemlist.
- Deploy AI-powered personalization and automation for campaigns.
- Use SEO to target high-intent audiences and optimize landing pages with CRO team support.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach to target ideal customer profiles.
- Track and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CAC, lead quality, and ROI.
- Build lead scoring models and segmentation workflows.
- Use AI-driven analytics to monitor and refine funnel performance.
- Collaborate with sales and PMM teams to align on metrics and ICPs.
- Create engaging lead-generation assets with content, design, and product teams.
- Work closely with Partnerships head and growth leads to convert MQLs into revenue.
- Lead execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for high-value deals.
- Develop a partner roadmap aligned with GTM priorities.
- Craft value propositions supporting product adoption and pipeline growth.
- Influence GTM strategies like co-sell, co-market, and ecosystem distribution.
- 7+ years in lead generation with an MBA or 9+ years in demand generation/growth marketing with a Bachelor's degree.
- Background in tech/SaaS, with experience in CRM tools and automation.
- Expertise in Salesforce, AI tools like Clay/ZoomInfo, and outreach platforms.
- Experience with AdWords, SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs), and LinkedIn marketing.
- Strong data-driven mindset, familiar with dashboards, KPIs, and attribution models.
- Familiarity with B2B funnels and outbound/inbound systems.
