Job Summary:

  • This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for lead generation and a drive to succeed in sales.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Generator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential leads through various channels such as social media, websites, databases, and other tools.

The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team, leveraging their excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team
  • Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring accuracy and regular follow-ups
  • Evaluate the quality of leads by assessing their needs and potential interest in products or services
  • Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads and provide detailed insights for conversion
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to refine lead generation strategies
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and KPIs, such as the number of leads generated and conversion rates
  • Use CRM tools to track leads and streamline the sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Expertise in email marketing and social media outreach
  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing
  • Knowledge of target industries and relevant demographics
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools

Working Hours: 9pm-6am
