UnrealPays is actively hiring a Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Meta Ads Specialist to join their dynamic team. The role is open for onsite employment in Karachi or remote work for candidates from other cities in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

Plan and coordinate engaging content for social media platforms

Develop and maintain brand image and positioning across channels

Design and manage digital sales funnels and marketing automation strategies

Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Meta Ads management

Solid understanding of the connection between marketing and sales funnels

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and related digital tools

Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and deliver measurable results
