Al Rakan Construction is looking for a highly skilled MEP Draftsman / woman to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate must have experience in preparing MEP shop drawings as per Dubai regulations and expertise in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings as per Dubai municipality and DEWA regulations.

Ensure all drawings comply with UAE MEP codes and standards.

Work closely with engineers and project teams to develop accurate and detailed drawings.

Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for clash detection and resolution.

Revise drawings as per the consultant and contractor feedback.

Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Requirements:

10 years of experience in MEP drafting, preferably with UAE or KSA-based projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

Strong knowledge of DEWA, DM, and ADDC guidelines for MEP systems.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
