Al Rakan Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Draftsperson to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in electrical shop drawings for high-rise buildings and villas, with proven experience on UAE-based projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings, single-line diagrams, load schedules, and as-built drawings in accordance with DEWA and Dubai Municipality standards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE electrical codes and consultant specifications.
- Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural teams for proper integration and clash-free designs.
- Update drawings as per consultant comments and site modifications.
- Maintain drawing logs, version control, and proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant drafting certification.
- Minimum 10 years of drafting experience in electrical systems, with at least 5 years on UAE projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of DEWA, DM, and UAE authority regulations.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
