Al Rakan Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Draftsperson to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in electrical shop drawings for high-rise buildings and villas, with proven experience on UAE-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare detailed electrical shop drawings, single-line diagrams, load schedules, and as-built drawings in accordance with DEWA and Dubai Municipality standards.
  2. Ensure compliance with UAE electrical codes and consultant specifications.
  3. Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural teams for proper integration and clash-free designs.
  4. Update drawings as per consultant comments and site modifications.
  5. Maintain drawing logs, version control, and proper documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant drafting certification.
  • Minimum 10 years of drafting experience in electrical systems, with at least 5 years on UAE projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of DEWA, DM, and UAE authority regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
