• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or business management

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Procurement

• Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba (preferable)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good knowledge of procurement, negotiation, commercial understanding, and cost breakdown

• Process RFQs for all PRs (Materials & Services) promptly, following procurement procedures and policies.
• Evaluate PRs for completeness, collaborating with user departments as needed.
• Prepare vendor comparison analyses and share with the Procurement Lead.
• Conduct market research and evaluate new vendors, especially locally in Balochistan.
• Register new vendors in Ariba.
• Create purchase orders (POs) in SAP.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Maintain and share PR and PO delivery status reports with management.
• Coordinate actively with internal stakeholders and vendors.
