Position:

Currently, we are looking for a driven Project Trainee for our Production department, based in Jamshoro.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop qualification documents and participate in validation/qualification activities of the Hawaii Project.
• Develop operational documents like SOPs, BMRs & BPRs.
• Participate in commissioning & installation activities of Hawaii project equipment (compression & manufacturing equipment).
• Reduce defects (Deviation, BDEs, Product Recall), maintain activities related to deviations, waste management, and breakdowns.
• Conduct training activities and train staff accordingly.
• Develop EHS-related documents such as machinery safety risk assessments, workplace risk assessments, LOTO procedures, and operational standard works.
• Train and execute maintenance programs for Hawaii project production machines as part of the Site Maintenance Program.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, EHS, and cGMP regulations.
• Review machine manuals and develop critical spare part lists.
• Prepare SOPs, assessments, RCAs, and general documentation of the area.
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Pharm-D (Pharmacy)
• Skills: Personal skills, Microsoft Office, ERP/CMMS applications.
• Experience: 1-2 years
• Updated CV clearly mentioning Degree, Field of Study, Year of Graduation, Final CGPA/Percentage, and City of Residence.
• Availability to join from August 2025.
