We are seeking a BI Developer with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and BI solution development. The ideal candidate will engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, design and develop dashboards, and optimize data models for efficient reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Create insightful dashboards and reports using BI tools.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine BI solutions.
  • BI Solution Development: Design and maintain BI solutions, ensuring efficient ETL processes.
  • Data Modeling: Develop and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and enhance BI tool performance.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain BI documentation and translate business discussions into actionable BI tasks.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code).

This role is perfect for a data-driven professional who thrives on solving business challenges through BI solutions.

Key Requirements

4-5 years' experience and a solid foundation in the design and delivery of Microsoft solutions for BI/DW such as SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Factory.

Good understanding of ETL and OLAP, Dimensional Modeling while keeping the Microsoft Tool set in mind. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
