Job Overview:

The SEO Guest Post Specialist will be responsible for executing link-building strategies focused on guest posts, link insertions, and acquiring paid backlinks. You will work closely with the SEO team to plan and implement effective GBOB (Guest Blogging and Outreach Backlinking) campaigns. This role requires strong experience in acquiring quality backlinks from authoritative websites and a solid understanding of budgeting and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Post Acquisition: Reach out to relevant websites and blogs to acquire high-quality guest post opportunities that align with our niche (solar energy, renewable energy, sustainability).
  • Link Insertion: Identify opportunities for paid link insertions on relevant websites, ensuring the quality and relevance of each backlink.
  • Backlink Strategy: Develop and execute link-building strategies with a focus on improving organic rankings and domain authority.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Plan and budget GBOB campaigns, ensuring cost-effective link acquisitions. Evaluate websites for link opportunities based on criteria like DA (Domain Authority), traffic, and niche relevance.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with backlink vendors, negotiate pricing, and track the ROI of paid link placements.
  • Campaign Performance: Track the effectiveness of guest post campaigns using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console. Report on progress and results to the SEO team.
  • Competitor Analysis: Research competitors' backlinks and guest posting strategies to identify new link-building opportunities.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices for ethical link-building.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on guest posting, link insertion, and backlink acquisition.
  • Proven experience in executing successful guest post campaigns and acquiring paid backlinks.
  • Knowledge of GBOB campaign planning and how to allocate budgets effectively for link-building initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of criteria for selecting backlink opportunities, including website authority, traffic, and content relevance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and outreach skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and work towards monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google's link-building guidelines, and strategies to avoid penalties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing GBOB campaigns and working with SEO teams.
  • Strong understanding of Google's algorithm updates and their impact on link-building strategies.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and digital PR strategies.
  • Experience managing relationships with backlink vendors.
  • A network of high-authority blogs and websites in the health niche.
