Who We're Looking For

A strategic thinker and a creative executor. Someone who lives at the intersection of branding, content, and paid media — and knows how to leverage AI tools to scale smarter.

You'll manage Digital Genei's own brand as well as select client accounts (with a team of designers, video editors, and content writers under you). You should be as comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager as you are mapping out a high-converting content funnel.

Your Core Responsibilities

Branding & Content

  • Own and evolve the Digital Genei brand across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Web)
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars (Reels, Carousels, Static, Blogs)
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to bring ideas to life
  • Optimize storytelling using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI

Paid Media

  • Plan and execute performance campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Monitor budgets, optimize targeting, and report ROAS weekly
  • Launch lead-generation campaigns for real estate, mental health, and hospitality clients

Client Strategy

  • Work directly with clients to define and deliver digital strategy
  • Pitch creative campaign ideas based on audience insights
  • Create monthly reports and performance recaps with recommendations
You Should Have
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Meta and Google Ads (lead gen, remarketing, etc.)
  • Experience with brand strategy, content marketing, and campaign planning
  • Confidence in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva Magic Design, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
  • Team management or coordination experience is a big plus
Bonus Points If You…
  • Have worked in or served clients in real estate, mental health, or hospitality
  • Have built out full-funnel content and ad strategies before
  • Are confident on camera for occasional internal videos or thought leadership posts
