Associate Raw Milk Reception

Associate Pasteurization is responsible for ensuring smooth & trouble-free operations of Pasteurization plant to timely prepare UHT/SMP/FCMP/VFMP/Cream batches. This job is technical in nature and requires milk processing with emphasis on maximum utilization of plant capacity, to meet the UHT/SMP/FCMP/VFMP/Cream batches as per production targets and coordinating with technical staff during plant maintenance.

• Study section logbook on reporting for shift duty to check current progress and any attention required.
• Carry out CIP of Pasteurizer and its associated objects according to CIP plan and QSI's; ensure the concentration of lye and acid before starting CIP.
• Issue SMP/STABILISER/FCMP/VFMP from warehouse for next day use and ensure only tested and accepted raw materials are used in production.
• Monitor Pasteurization of milk and cream as per Quality System Standards and Instructions.
• Carry out timely standardization of UHT/SMP/FMCP/VFMP/Cream batches following instructions from supervisor or line leader.
• Report and record any deviation from standards of Quality plan to supervisor or line leader (complete Non-conformance log).
• Maintain housekeeping & hygiene of section as per standard.
• Maintain all documents and log sheets properly filled and document activity report to shift in logbook and convey any new instructions to the next person on shift.
• Co-ordinate with team leader to reduce process material losses.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic reports on departmental performance.
• Implement procedures and processes for regular testing and monitoring of operational area requisite points and process parameters, ensuring consistency in the production process.

• DAE (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Food Sciences)
• Experience: 2-3 years experience of running a pasteurizer plant
