Job Overview

The Milk Reception Associate role is critical in ensuring seamless operations of the Pasteurization plant to prepare UHT/SMP/FCMP/VFMP/Cream batches on schedule. This position requires technical expertise in milk processing, focusing on maximizing plant capacity to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze section logbooks to assess current progress and required attention before shift duty.
  • Perform CIP of Pasteurizer and associated equipment according to CIP plans and Quality System Instructions.
  • Issue SMP/STABILISER/FCMP/VFMP from the warehouse for next day use, ensuring only tested and accepted raw materials are used in production.
  • Maintain Pasteurization of milk and cream as per Quality System Standards.
  • Standardize UHT/SMP/FMCP/VFMP/Cream batches following supervisor or line leader instructions.
  • Report and record any deviation from quality standards to supervisors or line leaders.
  • Maintain housekeeping and hygiene of sections as per standards.
  • Document all records and activity reports properly in logbooks.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to minimize process material losses.
  • Support preparation of periodic reports on departmental performance.
  • Implement procedures for regular testing and monitoring of operational area requirements and process parameters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Food Sciences.
  • 2-3 years of experience operating a pasteurizer plant.
