We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a positive attitude. Qualifications:
  1. 1-2 years of proven success in sales, preferably in a technology or healthcare-related field.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
  4. Resilient attitude and ability to handle rejection positively, maintaining motivation and persistence in the face of challenges.
  5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Compensation:

  1. Competitive base salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 60,000; with unlimited commission potential, rewarding your hard work and dedication.
  2. PKR 10,000/- travel allowance.
  3. Unlimited Commission (Harder you work the more you'll earn).

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound/Inbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our range of IT reselling, inbound campaign, and medical billing services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
  4. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales performance.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position DocTech's offerings.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
