Job Responsibilities:
- Assist senior consultants in managing client consultations to assess their needs and propose suitable immigration solutions.
- Support the preparation and submission of visa applications and documentation.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of clients' immigration needs and eligibility for various visas and immigration programs.
- Stay up to date on changes in immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate support to senior consultants.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and concerns promptly via face-to-face meetings, phone, email, or social media channels.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our immigration services.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in all activities.
- Assist in managing the company's media channels to ensure accurate and engaging communication with our audience.

Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Some experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in immigration consultancy, insurance, real estate, or related services.
- Basic understanding of the immigration process and different country regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
