Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Immigration Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into clients, advising potential applicants on suitable immigration pathways, and guiding them through our service process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of Canadian immigration programs (or the relevant country), and a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings
  • Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs (e.g., Express Entry, PNP, Work Permits, Study Permits)
  • Explain the immigration process clearly, addressing client concerns and outlining service offerings
  • Follow up with leads, maintain communication logs, and ensure consistent client engagement
  • Close sales by securing service agreements and processing initial payments
  • Collaborate with immigration consultants or RCICs to ensure accurate advice and documentation
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and contribute to regular reporting on performance and pipeline
  • Stay updated with immigration policy changes and provide accurate information accordingly
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in immigration, education consultancy,
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration pathways (training can be provided)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads at various sales stages
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic) are an asset
  • Educational background in Business, Immigration Studies, or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs75,000.00 per month
