The E-commerce Operations Specialist will manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform to support its digital sales initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement insights to ensure the organization stays competitive and efficient in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction by optimizing operations, managing inventory, and collaborating across teams.
  • Oversee daily online order processing, fulfillment, and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain an accurate and current stock list on the website, updating product availability and details as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to replenish stock and manage backorders.
  • Utilize e-commerce platforms and order management systems to streamline operations and reporting.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend inventory adjustments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues related to the e-commerce platform and implement solutions.
  • Monitor the daily progress of online activities and transactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Daraz, or Foodpanda.
  • Strong command of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO tools).
  • Expertise in MS Office, analytics, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, payment gateways, logistics, and shipping tools.
  • Skills in design, content creation, and website optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce and operations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proven ability to analyze competitor performance and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and sales.
