Job Description

We are seeking a QA engineer to join our development team at AIIT Solutions. Responsibilities include:

  1. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  2. Estimate, plan and coordinate testing activities.
  3. Perform pen testing.
  4. Ensure related compliance requirements are addressed, like privacy and security.
  5. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  6. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Requirements
  1. Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.
  2. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  3. Create detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans and test cases.
  4. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  5. Ensure related compliance requirements are addressed, e.g., privacy and security.
  6. Ensure appropriate risk mitigation and control processes for security incidents as required.
  7. Document and disseminate information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  8. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
  9. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  10. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
  11. Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Developers and Product Managers) to identify system requirements.
  12. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
  13. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
  14. Complete understanding of automation systems and performance testing.
