Responsibilities

  1. ABC – Always Be Connecting. As an Inside Sales Agent, your core function is to connect with others who have been referred and introduced to RPR and help them set up new policies.
  2. Live out our company's Core Values as you represent the TeamRPR brand and our Core Purpose - Educate. Serve. Live Protected.
  3. Start your day with a Team Huddle. This sets the tone for the day. Here you will share how your morning is starting (aka, what's your Temp), how you lived out a Core Value the prior day, and what your top priority for the day is. Remote team members will conference daily using ZOOM.
  4. Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure success in lead management.
  5. Communicate with the Biz Dev team about the leads, make updates, and ensure leads are contacted in a timely manner.
  6. Note: Business Development Reps drive leads to you: Leads will come from realtors, Mortgage Bankers, Financial Planners, Industry-specific equipment/sales reps, etc., who will be referring business to RPR.
  7. Conduct fact-finding, gather information, and learn the buying psychology of the leads.
  8. Prepare and present proposals via our industry-leading Quote Video and Case Study tools to enhance user experience.
  9. Have in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
  10. Increase the organization's overall client base by adding more lines per household.
  11. Meet regularly with leadership to discuss results, pipelines, monthly goals, quarterly priorities, and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Active TN PC License.
  • Must have IA Channel experience, preferably in a sales role.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence others.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Remote/hybrid schedule may be considered depending on experience and location.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in a sales position or related field.
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with interpersonal and time management skills.

Compensation

$78,000 salary plus bonus.
