We're Hiring: Business Analyst / Technical Documentation Specialist (4+ Years Experience)

Location: On-site

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst / Technical Documentation Specialist who can gather software requirements and prepare comprehensive SRS (Software Requirement Specifications), FRS (Functional Requirement Specifications), and other technical documents for complex software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document software requirements.

Create detailed and structured SRS and FRS documents that accurately reflect functional and non-functional requirements.

Prepare technical documentation including user stories, process flows, use cases, and system design overviews.

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation through clear and actionable documentation.

Conduct requirement review meetings and ensure alignment with development and QA teams.

Update documentation throughout the project lifecycle to reflect changes or enhancements.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis and technical documentation for complex software systems.

Strong understanding of SDLC, software architecture, and agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical language.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
