Travel Consultant

Hiring female Travel Consultant to join our Sukkur office and become part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide professional travel consultancy services to clients for flights, tours, and visas.

* Communicate with clients in **English, Urdu, and Sindhi** to understand their travel needs.

* Handle ticketing, reservations, re-issuance, refunds, and travel packages.

* Assist with visa guidance and documentation for multiple destinations.

* Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

* Stay updated with airline policies, promotions, and travel industry trends.

* Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and client follow-ups.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Fluent in English with strong communication skills in Urdu & Sindhi.

* Computer literate (MS Office, email, and internet browsing).

* Experience in travel/ticketing industry is a plus (but not mandatory).

* Must be local Sukkur resident or able to commute easily.

* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
