This role involves providing support to various teams and projects, including scheduling, data entry, document management, project coordination, and execution. As an Administrative Tasks Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and services.
Responsibilities- Support various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct research and compile reports or presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools is necessary.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision is desired.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a related field is required.
- Experience working remotely is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM systems is a plus.
- This is a freelance position with flexible working hours.
- Expected commitment of approximately 20-30 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours based on project needs.
