Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop performance-driven strategies, and consistently achieve revenue targets. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional with proven leadership capabilities and a track record in scaling sales operations. The position involves team leadership, KPI management, and hands-on involvement in closing deals and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing sales team members.
- Set performance goals and KPIs for the sales team and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and leadership to align messaging and lead-generation efforts.
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue growth by supporting the team in lead conversion and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consultative sales approaches.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Develop strategic business plans to expand client base and ensure strong market presence.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Manage sales team expenses and optimize resource allocation for client presentations and events.
- Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, tools, and training programs.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Experience developing sales strategies, client pitches, and closing processes.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, or industry events.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team coaching skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales performance tracking.
