Timings: Monday to Friday (5 Days/Week) | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Time Zone)

Compensation: Fixed Salary (55k - 105k PKR)+ Performance-Based Commission

This is your opportunity to join our on-ground Lahore sales team as an SDR (Sales Development Rep), also called an Opener. You'll be calling U.S. business owners to spark conversations and book meetings for our experienced closers.

What You'll Do
  • Make cold calls per day using our U.S. calling system (Vonage).
  • Work through daily lead lists and log notes.
  • Follow a proven opening script while handling objections naturally.
  • Qualify leads based on interest and need, and schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate with (U.S. team) for handoff and follow-through.
  • Be an active part of our on-site sales culture and team-building.
Requirements
  • Strong spoken English with a clear, understandable accent.
  • Confident, sharp communication — no fear of rejection or phone calls.
  • Prior experience in cold calling / call center / telemarketing preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, coachable attitude, and high energy.

Performance Expectations

You'll be trained, supported, and coached. But results matter.

  • Minimum target: Contribute to at least 3 Cleints/month in sales.
  • Continuous underperformance leads to replacement — we only keep A-players.
