Design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance.
Respond promptly and professionally to bug reports.
Review and repair legacy code.
Keep the systems current with changing technologies.
Analyse system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
Write, edit, and debug new computer programs for assigned projects including necessary records and desired output.

Responsible for communicating with engineers and manufacturer's technical support staff regarding programming needs and performance.
Provide general administrative support to the organization.
Research and recommend software tools to management.

Job Specification

Experience:

4+ years of experience in Dot Net (C#, Web applications, SQL Server).
- 3 years .NET experience required with at least 2 years experience in C# ASP.Net.
- Very strong concepts of OOP, Analysis, Design, Databases, Data structures.
- Knowledge of building distributed applications is a plus.
- Developing multi-threaded desktop applications.
- Latest technologies & frameworks like LINQ, AJAX.
- Unit testing framework.
- Optimized SQL query techniques.
- Crystal Reporting.

Language/Tools:

- Mercury Test Director.
- MS SQL Server 2008/2012.
- Knowledge of Automated testing tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills are a MUST.
- Complete knowledge of Software Testing life cycle and Testing Terminologies.
- Visual Studio 2008/2012.
- SQL Server 2008/2012.
- Visio, Word, Excel.
- Crystal Reports.
