We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager to lead and grow our clients' digital presence with a focus on results, creativity, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital and social media strategies.
  • Act as the in-house subject matter expert on social and emerging digital platforms—especially within the legal and professional services sectors.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to translate business goals into actionable, data-driven digital marketing plans.

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily operations of all key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter).
  • Create and maintain platform-specific content calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Identify and leverage trends, platform updates, and industry news to boost relevance and engagement.

Content Creation & Branding

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors (in-house or external) to create engaging, high-impact content—videos, reels, graphics, blog posts, testimonials, and more.
  • Ensure all content meets brand standards, is consistent in tone and messaging, and adheres to legal advertising guidelines.

Paid Media Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Leverage analytics and insights to improve ad performance, targeting, and creative direction.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels (e.g., engagement, CTR, reach, leads, conversions).
  • Deliver monthly reporting with actionable insights and clear next steps.
  • Use data-driven experimentation to continuously test and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5+ years of experience managing social media and digital marketing (agency or professional services experience preferred).
  • Must have experience with real estate paid campaigns
  • Proven ability to grow and engage audiences across both organic and paid social media.
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools, ad platforms, analytics dashboards (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Understanding of advertising compliance in regulated industries (legal, healthcare, etc.) is a plus.
