Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Developer with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing software house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth. You should have a strong understanding of software development services and the ability to identify opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
  • Generate leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market demands.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's reach.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in a software house.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with software development services and industry trends.
  • Experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
